• Resources and Books on Food Intolerance
Lack of get-up-and-go, chronic health problems, or just gernerally just not feeling 100% are all familiar symptoms of food intolerance. Food intolerances can produce a lot of different indications including irritable bowel syndrome (ibs), fatigue, eczema, headaches and mood swings. Symptoms almost always develop some time after the food has been eaten so it is tough to determine the food that is the problem without being tested for intolerances.
